DATPOL · ORGANISATIONAL RESILIENCE

Three layers.
One joined-up
view of resilience.

We assess IT, physical security and power as one connected system. Our report explains not just the faults, but their impact on your organisation, business, school or public service in Poland.

01 / WHY AN AUDIT

WORKING EQUIPMENT DOES NOT ALWAYS MEAN A WORKING ORGANISATION.

A fault rarely affects
just one system.

A power failure can take a network switch offline, along with cameras, access control, telephony and the help desk. An unavailable server can leave an operator unable to view alarms, even when the alarm panel is still working.

We establish which systems depend on each other, who will notice a fault, how quickly they can respond and how long your organisation can operate without power, Internet access or a critical service.

THREE AUDIT AREAS

A joined-up view of security.

You can commission each area separately. A combined assessment also reveals risks at the interfaces between systems.

01
AUDIT

IT systems
and networks

Security, update status, monitoring and the ability to recover your infrastructure.

  • routers, firewalls, switches and network configuration
  • wireless links, Wi-Fi, Internet connectivity and backup connections
  • servers, virtualisation, cloud services and backups
  • user devices and endpoint protection
  • administrator accounts, MFA, passwords and permissions
  • segmentation, remote access, logs and alerts
  • IT hygiene, documentation and staff procedures
Choose an IT audit
02
AUDIT

Physical
security

Coverage, effectiveness and integration of systems protecting people and property.

  • intruder alarm systems and perimeter protection
  • CCTV coverage, retention and image quality
  • access control and entrance management
  • fire detection, smoke control and voice alarm systems
  • building management, instrumentation and control systems
  • alarm transmission and security response
  • blind spots, critical locations and maintenance access
Choose a premises audit
03
AUDIT

Power
resilience

Actual backup runtime and readiness for planned outages or distribution network faults.

  • protected power supplies and manageable UPS systems
  • generators, automatic transfer switches, fuel and start-up tests
  • battery storage and solar PV installations
  • reactive power, power quality and loads
  • service connections and network operator isolation points
  • load priorities and standby supplies
  • runtime of each service following a power failure
Choose a power resilience audit

THE ESSENTIAL PART

We assess dependencies,
not just equipment lists.

Testing establishes which services remain available after a power, network, server or connectivity provider failure.

CRITICAL SERVICES

Networks and servers ?

CCTV and alarms ?

Access control ?

Connectivity and telephony ?

The audit establishes the answer and the available runtime.

Digital resilience and evidence

We help organise risks, safeguards, monitoring and technical evidence for organisations assessing their obligations as essential or important entities in Poland.

Public service continuity

We assess the technical foundations of continuity: power, communications, ICT services, warning systems and site operation during an emergency.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

A report you can
turn into action.

We present findings in terms of risk, impact and priorities.

  1. 01
    System and dependency map

Identify the components that support your critical processes.

  2. 02
    Prioritised risk register

    Separate critical issues from improvements.

  3. 03
    Continuity testing

Establish actual service runtime after power or connectivity is lost.

  4. 04
    Remedial works and upgrade plan

Understand the sequence, dependencies and recommended approach.

  5. 05
    Management briefing

Translate technical findings into decisions and budget priorities.

CHOOSE THE SCOPE

One area
or the complete picture.

Pricing depends on the number of sites, devices, services and tests required.

OUR APPROACH

Practical advice.
From the first conversation.

Tests that affect availability take place within an agreed maintenance window.

  1. 01
    Initial discussion and scope

Agree the sites, critical processes and intended outcome.

  2. 02
    Inventory and site inspection

Establish the current condition, configurations and measurements.

  3. 03
    Testing and correlation

Check safeguards and dependencies between technical systems.

  4. 04
    Report and review

Present priorities and the action plan.

  5. 05
    Post-audit support

We can implement remedial works and provide ongoing maintenance.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Malbork
and a 120 km radius.

We support organisations in Malbork and the surrounding region, including towards Gdańsk, Elbląg, Tczew, Starogard Gdański, Kwidzyn, Iława, Nowy Dwór Gdański, Sztum and Dzierzgoń.

Our local team makes site inspections, on-site testing and subsequent implementation easier to arrange.

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

Before you commission an audit.

Can I commission just one area?+

Yes. IT, physical security and power resilience can each be assessed separately.

Will the audit interrupt our operations?+

Usually not. Power-loss and connectivity failover tests are carried out only within an agreed maintenance window.

Do you assess KSC and NIS2 requirements?+

We assess technical and organisational security measures. Your organisation's formal status and a full legal assessment require separate analysis under the applicable Polish framework.

Can you implement the recommendations?+

Yes. DATPOL brings together IT, security, automation and power expertise to implement improvements and provide subsequent maintenance.

How long does an audit take?+

After a short discussion, we agree a programme based on the number of sites, devices and the chosen scope.
